HomeCallNetwork operates a directory of home-service information. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What the directory is

Pages describe service categories, states, and city guides. They are general information. They are not a bid, a permit, an inspection, or professional advice for your house. Home insurance pages are not a quote and not an offer from an insurer, broker, or licensed agency. Solar pages do not state savings, payments, or financing terms.

HomeCallNetwork does not itself perform contractor services. If a business is listed in the future, that business is an independent third party. You would hire them, not us. Listing, or sending an inquiry, does not mean a business is licensed, insured, bonded, or verified. Confirm that with the business and with the agency that regulates the trade where the work will happen.

Empty results

If a page says no professional is listed, that is the whole result. We do not guarantee that a company serves your ZIP code, that anyone will call you, or that a project can be scheduled.

Inquiries

Provider and contact forms store what you submit and show a reference number. Submitting a form does not create a contract, a listing, or a referral. We may read the inquiry and may later contact you at the email or phone you provided. We do not owe you a placement.

If we later refer inquiries to service businesses or pay-per-call buyers, we will say that at the point of collection. Paid placements, when any exist, will be labeled on the page where they appear.

Your submissions

Do not submit information you do not have the right to share. Do not use the forms to send unlawful, deceptive, or automated junk. We may refuse a submission that fails validation, including a submission that trips the automated-submission field. A refused submission is not stored.

No warranty

The site is provided as available. Climate and housing notes are general and can be incomplete for a particular address. ZIP prefix matching can point at the wrong community when a prefix crosses a line. Directory pages can change or be removed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, HomeCallNetwork is not liable for work performed by an independent business, for a policy you buy from an insurer, or for decisions you make from general information on the site.
