HomeCallNetwork

Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026. This policy describes the site as it works today.

HomeCallNetwork is a directory website. The public pages do not ask you to create an account. The provider inquiry and the contact form are the places where you can send us information.

What you can submit

A provider inquiry asks for your name, company, email, phone, service category, and the markets you want to cover. A contact message asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, and a message. We store a reference number and the time the form was saved.

What we do with it

The server writes that information to an inquiry file and returns the reference number. The form does not send email. It does not refer you to a contractor or a call buyer. We do not sell this information. If a referral program starts, the form will say so before you submit, and this policy will be updated.

The file lives on the server that hosts the site. If that host replaces the container without a persistent disk or database, the file can be lost. Do not treat the reference number as proof of a long-term archive until a database is attached.

Logs

The host may keep ordinary server logs. Those logs can include an IP address, the time, and the URL requested. We do not run an advertising pixel on this site, and the directory does not set a marketing cookie.

What we do not publish

We do not publish a street address on this website. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a payment card, or an insurance application.

Children

The directory is written for adults arranging home services. It is not directed at children.

Contact

Questions about this policy can go through the contact form. Include the inquiry reference if you have one.
